Do you think our Mayor is doing a good job?

I think Eddie Francis is doing a GREAT job, i wish he could stay for another 4 years !

Anyone reading up on some of the blogs trying to understand
why things are bad as they are can easily see Francis is
bad news for the city .Getting direct answers and being upfront with the taxpayers has not been one of his realiable qualities.The WUC problems makes me think he is gathering tactics used across the river.Or maybe its with the power
of the internet, people can become more informed how their
tax dollars are applied and how effective that result is.

Too many people have no idea what problems have resulted from the 'mayors' do it my way attitude.And most know it will
only get worse from all the misdirection .Seems the people have little input ,but you wouldn't get that as a straight answer from Eddie .

That's it Nick, His Highness has been hiding and not responsive to taxpayers questions. Even when taxpayers were scheduled to talk at the city council meeting, they were muzzled... The Mayor and others are in conflict. It has become so serious that Chris Schnurr and Windsor taxpayers are forming a citizens group. There will be a press conference tomorrow Wednesday at 12:15 pm at the Junction. This will be the second press conference. Council has had plenty of time to respond and they picked thursday, that's when he will sit down with Chris and the taxpayers and reveal his side of the story. Mr Ken Lewenza is whom I'm speaking of... Since our electric bills have more than doubled since Edward took office we want to see the records that he won't show anybody except the people he picks...

it's getting closer people..

i don't think mayor eddie is doing enough to attract anynew bussiness to the area. we need to do this or just get the hell out of town before there is nothing left to live for jobwise here wehave sommany skillled people in this town either unempolyed or leaving as it is it's sickening! its time to step up along with city council before its to late and were all at the soup kitchen. the other thing that is sick is the radio and tv ads for people to join apprenticeship programs there must be work somewhere lets bring it here. or is that just a way to get a higher unemployment rate for ontairoans?

This Mayor is garbage and that's it. I protested him at the City B-Day Bash and the police came to arrest me. I was told the event wouldn't start till I was removed. Oh in case anyone wants to call me a liar it'll all be posted on YOUTUBE soon enough waiting to see a Lawyer, the dummies didn't know I had a camera man and an audio tape recorder...a real embarassment for Mayor Francis. Who had the permit for the waterfront plaza? I don't know as they would only have the authority to remove me....was it the city who removed me?

I can smell his stink all the way here in Petawawa.

Eddie the Fish.... No one seems to remember when the then council member voted for non smoking downtown. No one remembers the ruckus of downtown business owners, fighting for their own business future. And better yet, Eddie's emotional discontent in the news afterward, he could not fathom why these same owners stopped buying pita and breads from "his" family bakery... How could they be so cold, so callus as to affect his families business on such a trivial issue, as if no downtown owner had no family of his own. I'll admit, as a bartender at the time, Eddie was no friend to me. Many a business has closed since then, storefronts empty, trash tumbling down its side walks. Some moved on, or away.
With a dollar at par, traffic and trade at the border dismal, the big three pullout, tooling shops slowing to a halt, tourism a joke, an unemployment rise, how can this be a fair poll? Granted none of these are directly due to the "Fish" but he ain't helping. To busy redesigning the next empty parking lot I suppose, or maybe finding a new event the soon to be dead Casino should host. Happy birthday Windsor, if you can afford the cake! I wonder who's lucky business made that cake? Smells fishy.

Shhhh!....Listen to the wind a howlin watch the dust clouds swirling...tumbleweeds a blowin down the street, Families loading up their trucks and a headin west...just then the Axis of idiots Francis,Lewenza,Hargrove,Masse,Comartin,Duncan and Poopyjello pop out their heads with a suggestion to help all...a name change...instead of Windsor we shall call it Flintsor.
