Is Mayor Eddie Francis doing a good job as Mayor?

Mayor Francis is a HERO for standing up to the CUPE union thugs...he is the last defense between the taxpayers and the stupid union. Keep it up, Mayor! Thumbsup

I do not like Eddie --I never have --I cannot figure how he got elected. I think the only thing he got right is his stand that PRB's have to go. According to MacLeans we are one of the worst run cities in Canada--we got fair grades in most things but everything related to costs brought us down to a failing grade overall. It has to be study after study and then just ignore the results and do nothing until he is backed into a corner--but then council as a whole is the same way. Nothing is accomplished.

Eddie Francis is the worst thing that has ever happened to Windsor. He has been trying to run this city as a Dictator since he was elected. I do not feel this way only because of the strike but because of many other issues over the years. Some examples are the border crossing, his surprise meeting about the canal and many of his other ideas. If we ever want our city returned to the citizens then he must go along with other council members like Drew Dilkens since he is even morearrogant than Eddie.
