Yo Im Derrick, living in the West end of Windsor, going to the U of Windsor. Just moved from the U.S, living a year there and missing out on that strike i keep hearing about. I think Windsor has poorly designed transportation infrastructure, its really hard to bike anywhere. Than when i get my license i found the poorly designed roads to be just as annoying. But im digging the water front pretty good, good place to relax in the summer.

Welcome dice. Windsor is pretty much in turmoil right now. There is a lot going on politically, socially and economically right now. On the national and regional level. We seem to be going through a very bad time --people are complaining about everything --just to complain. I hope you can accept that this is a symptom of what is going on because on the whole we are nice people and usually very friendly and helpful. Right now it is hard for people when they are worried about keeping a roof over their heads or feeding the family--hopefully we will see the end of the rainbow soon. I know that biking anywhere is a very "dicey' ROTFL situation, but they are supposed be working to improve that--many , many people are asking for it. I hope you enjoy your stay here and join the forum on a regular basis.

Thank you for the welcome. Something I should of mentioned in my original paragraph, I was born and lived in Windsor for 17 years, than moved summer 08' to Ohio because of the auto industry and its slow demise. Than I came back for University. But thanks yeah, I will visit these forums often and see whats up.
