Help....

Do you or anyone you know have the resources to spread the work about CanadiansTalk.ca (The Windsor chapter http://www.WindsorTalk.ca) Possible ideas might be outdoor signs to advertise the web address, I could drop off cards and place them at a cash register etc. One good example is a member here (Barry) has a job that brings him to apt buildings around the city, he posts a few business cards.

Glenn have you tried posting a link to this site on the ebay discussion boards. They have a Canadian section? You do have to have a membership to post on the boards but ebay reaches millions of people. Here is a link to the ebay Canada discussion boards. Many may welcome the opportunity to post in a forum where the censorship is not overly limiting as it is there.

This is the Canada town square..... there are many sub sections of areas of interest.

I drive the bus for Transit Windsor. I saw one of your signs at Howard and the sixth concession. One way to advertise is on the buses, but this will probably cost.

What's interesting about this is that I was thinking of starting a website like this as I'm pretty frustrated with the Windsor Star which has only so much space for you to express your opinion. So, I'm glad you adverstised and I found you. So advertising DOES help.

Hey, if you guys make bumper sticker's I'll put one on my car. Windsor Star is a great place to advertise. Make up some flyers to put in windows of convenience stores. Flyers in the PennySaver. Maybe rent a GoodYear blimp. Mr. Green

By the way, I have been telling people about the site. Also, my niece is dating Mike Kakuk on AM 800 CKLW maybe he could give a plug for this....but I probably doubt it as he has his own blog site at the CKLW site.

I'll throw up a banner on WE Speak for the site. It will go into a rotation with the others. It rotates with each page load.

I notice that you have a Facebook group. I would suggest promoting the Facebook group through the site, encouraging all the members here to join. Each member that joins exposes the group to hundreds of their friends. It's a good compliment to the site.

That's because you have to have a sign underneath saying GOD IS WATCHING RIGHT NOW.
